We are pleased to present the third newsletter of the DUALBA project, covering project activities and achievements from January to June 2026. This issue highlights the completion of Work Package 2, the international conference on the implementation of dual higher education hosted by Tirana College of Technology, the DUALBA Discussion Forum 2026 at Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës, and the dissemination of project results through academic exchanges in Greece and Romania.
